This looked like an interesting event, and it could have been, if I was able to understand what actually was going on. Unfortunately most of the “World Script Symposium” consisted of Koreans talking about something in Korean that I did not understand.  There have also been some artistic interventions in the area east of the Gyeongbokgung Palace (Tongui-dong), for example YoungMean Kang’s “Hangul Heart Balloons” or some project 3D printing different people’s handwriting. All in all lots of stuff, but lot in Korean and lot hard to track down on the rather complex website. And until now I did not figure out how to click beyond the website intro by Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries on the main page

Not really about world scripts, but rather about one script, Hangeul script, and one language, Korean.
